Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Stayr you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
• You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You keep ownership of everything you upload (photos, copy, listings). You grant Stayr a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, transform and optimise that content solely to operate the service (for example: generating an AI-optimised stay page or share preview).

You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights, isn't illegal, hateful or misleading.

• Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from Billing — your page stays live until the end of the paid period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to:

• List properties you don't own or aren't authorised to rent.
• Use Stayr for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• Scrape or resell our content or data without permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach this section.

We work hard to keep Stayr up and fast, but we don't promise it will always be available without interruption. Maintenance, third-party outages and force majeure events can affect uptime.

To the extent permitted by law, Stayr is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost bookings, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

You can close your account anytime from Account → Privacy & data. We can suspend or close accounts for breach of these terms, abuse or extended non-payment.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance by email or in-app.

Stayr is operated by People Matters BV (BE0883971589), Vismarkt 11, 3000 Leuven, Belgium. These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Leuven, Belgium, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to your local courts.
